Corbin Russwin ML20915-LL-626-SEC-M105 Fail Secure Electrified Mortise Lock features both grips locked when de-energized, without cylinder override. It includes a security monitor and comes as a less cylinder, lever x lever body only. The lock is field reversible, built to Grade 1 standards, and finished in US26D satin chrome.

• Locked when power is off and unlocked when the power is on.

M105 - Security Monitor
Security Monitor is two switches in series that monitors lock status (locked or unlocked) and Auxiliary Latch position.
Note: Monitoring options may only be ordered together as follows: M91xM92, M92xM105. Recommended for fail safe applications that require monitoring of the secure side when lock loses power.
