3/32 gap practically impossible with these hinges, 200 lb double doors for a gallery. Doors suppose to disappear on wall with minimal gapage. Hager knows exactly the distance at 90deg door to jamb on 1.75” thick door. Just put it in the instructions. Their set screw way of doing things in convoluted for such an expensive hinge, door travels. Wound up tapping my own holes and putting hex head screws in. Clients happy, but shouldn’t take 9 hours to get perfect aligned on a 350$ hinge.
