The MKCL250-US32D is a 5" x 4 1/2" Stainless Steel Cam Lift Hinge, with a 500 lb door rating, moves the door up 1/4" and then lowers it to create a tight  Acoustic-Weather seal when the door is closed, recommended for acoustic and energy-saving doors with seals. The MKCL180 Cam Lift Hinge is Handed.
