Acoustical
Overly has developed sound control metal door systems with STC ratings from 43 to 57 due to unique manufacturing methods and patented designs. These systems offer various sealing options and door configurations, including flush, glazed, single, or pair setups. They come in personnel size doors up to 4' x 10' and can be custom-made for larger sizes. Overly's metal door models have also passed UL 10C (positive pressure) safety standards.

GSA Vault Doors
For more than 50 years, OVerly has offered a series of attack-resistant certified vault doors that are designed to meet GSA and DOS Specifications.

Bullet Resistant
Overly Metal Bullet-Resistant Doors have undergone UL and NIJ testing for weapon protection levels 1-8. While they aren't formally attack-resistant, they offer some forced entry protection. These doors come in standard and custom sizes, in single or pair configurations up to 4' x 10'. For vision needs, GCP glazing is available. Additionally, if fire ratings are required, Overly can provide up to 3-hour fire ratings.

Blast Resistant

Pressure Resistant
When only Pressure-Resistance is required, Overly can custom design and manufacture openings to meet your specific project requirements. Additionally, these units can incorporate a variety of gasket systems to control air leakage and environmental requirements including corrosive atmospheres.

Radiation Shielding
Overly custom fabricates a large range of shielding doors for installations such as research & test laboratories, hot cells, medical facilities, & communications centers. Depending upon the hazard, doors may be constructed of solid steel plate or supplied with cores of lead, concrete, or borated polyethylene. Additionally, power operation & special hardware, including electrical interlocks for controlled areas, are available.

Airtight + Gastight
In addition to our blast and pressure resistant doors, Overly can also provide air- and gas- tight doors that are designed for applications where extremely low or zero leakage rates are a must despite relatively high differential pressures and/or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
