The Rixson 147 Offset Pivot Set, Handed, Heavy Weight Door allows for easy installation and reliable operation. With a 3/4 inch offset, it can accommodate door widths up to 48 inches and support weights of up to 600 LBS. The set includes both a top and bottom pivot for floor mounting.

Doors 60" (1524mm) to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot. Each additional 30" (762mm) of door height warrants another intermediate pivot
