Description
Rixson 28 LAP (Less All Parts) Single-Acting Center Hung Floor Closer Body Only, Handed - Weight Up To 350 lbs
Features:
- Centering arm with adjustment screws in faces of the door
- A built-in positive dead stop prevents the door from swinging beyond the desired opening
- Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
- Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at the same degree as dead stop
- Delayed action option
- Models available to meet ICC/ANSI A117.1 low opening force requirements
- Cold weather fluid option
- Sealed closer option
- Available with floor plate or threshold installation
- Cycolac, rustproof cement case
- Arm reinforcement bracket for wood doors
- Standard top pivot: #340 included
- Not allowed for fire-rated doors
