The Sargent 12-3727-G-96 is a 48" Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device that is Exit Only when just a Bar but can be Multi-Function when paired with Sargent 28 Series Trims, is Less Dogging, is for use with 1 3/4 thick doors, with 43"-48" door widths and 96" door height with a 41" standard AFF. The Sargent 12-3727-G-96 Is Non-Handed and its Six Functions are Determined By The Function Of The Trim.
Lever Trims:
- 28-C-LL Classroom - Key in lever locks or unlocks lever.
- 28-K-LL Night Latch - Key in Lever Retracts latchbolt.
- 28-N-LL Night Latch - Lever operates only when key is in cylinder and turned.
- 28-D-LL Dummy - Lever Rigid at all times & no outside trim
- 28-L-LL Passage - Latchbolt operated by lever. (No Cylinder)
- 28-C-OB Classroom - Key in knob locks or unlocks knob.
