The Sargent 70-10XG17-LMB Utility Asylum or Institution function lockset has an L Rose, an MB Lever, a 2-3/4" Backset, a 4-7/8" Strike, and is Grade 1. The Sargent 70-10XG17-LMB has a 70 Option, that is 70 SFIC Small Format Interchangeable core, less core.
10X-Line Bored Lever Locks
The SARGENT 10X Line bored lock is engineered to secure and protect high-traffic, high-abuse spaces. It doesn't simply meet ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 performance standards for durability, strength and performance, it exceeds them - by as much as 20 times. That means occupants will experience reliable performance throughout its lifecycle.

- Ensures latch retraction with 100lb preload (2x ANSI/BHMA A156.2) while maintaining operation in warped doors or doors with latch bind
- Prohibits Utility Asylum or Institution after more than 100 vertical impacts (20x ANSI/BHMA A156.2 requirements)
