The Sargent 70-10XG37-LND Classroom function lockset has an L Rose, an  ND Lever, a 2-3/4" Backset, a 4-7/8" Strike, and is Grade 1. The Sargent 70-10XG37-LND is available prepped for a "70" SFIC Small Format Interchangeable Core - Sold Less Core.
