This lock features the LMB lever on an L rose and comes prepped for a small format interchangeable core, though it ships less core so you can pair it with your existing keying system. Functional Details

The Entrance or Office function allows the outside lever to be locked or unlocked by key or thumbturn, while the inside lever always retracts the latch for free egress. The Request-to-Exit switch activates when the inside lever is operated, sending a signal to shunt an alarm or notify the access control system that an authorized exit has occurred.

• Turn/push button locking. Latchbolt retracted by key outside or by lever inside unless outside lever is locked by turn/push button.
• When outside lever is locked, latchbolt is retracted by key outside or by rotating inside lever.
• Closing door releases button unless push button is depressed and turned.
