Functional Details

The Entrance or Office function allows the outside lever to be locked or unlocked with a key or by a pushbutton, while the inside lever always allows free egress. The Request to Exit feature provides a monitoring signal to the access control system whenever the inside lever is turned.

• Latchbolt operated by lever from either side except when outside lever is locked by pushbutton or key.
• When outside lever is locked, latchbolt is operated by key in outside lever or by rotating inside lever.
• Auxiliary latch deadlocks latchbolt when door is closed.
