The Sargent 70-RX-10XG05-LMW-12V is a Grade 1 cylindrical lever lock built for the demands of high-traffic commercial openings. Configured for Entrance or Office function, it lets occupants secure the outside lever by key or push-button while allowing free egress at all times. The integrated Request to Exit (RX) switch signals access control systems when the inside lever is operated, and the 12V wiring supports electronic monitoring. It ships with the MW lever on an L rose, a 2-3/4" backset, and a 4-7/8" strike. Furnished less core with a small format interchangeable core prep, this lock fits seamlessly into existing keying programs.

Functional Details

The Entrance or Office function (G05) provides selectable security at the outside lever while maintaining continuous free egress from the inside. The Request to Exit feature adds an internal switch that communicates with access control hardware when someone exits.
