The Sargent 773-4-ETP-12V Electrified Exit Device Trim is 12 volt, comes with an P Lever, a Fail-Safe Power Off, Unlocks Lever (No Cylinder) function and is field reversible for Sargent's 8400 and 8600 Series Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Devices. Available in US26D Satin Chrome and US10B Oxidized Dull Bronze.

What function does the 706-4 trim offer?
This trim is a Storeroom function, meaning a key is required to unlock and retract the latchbolt from the outside. The trim relocks automatically when the key is removed.
