Hager 253 is a full surface, 4.5" heavyweight reinforcing pivot. Hager 253 pivot is a reinforcer for a door where the top hinge failed or in the case where the wear and tear happen mostly to the door (vs. frame). Installing this reinforcing pivot to the top of the door and frame will solve the problem.
