- Features sealed ball bearing raceway on the floor pivot
- For door widths up to 3'6"
- Door will swing 180 degrees (trim permitting)
- Bronze bearing with hardened and ground steel stud in top pivot
- 1-1/2" offset hung pivot sets locate the pivot point 3/4" from the heel edge of the door and 1-1/2" from the face of the door
- 1-1/2" pivot sets are used to clear trim or allow decorative panels to be applied to the face of the door
- Doors over 60" require the use of an intermediate pivot. Every additional 30" of door height warrants the addition of another intermediate pivot. For an intermediate pivot use our 1-1/2" Offset Intermediate Pivot.
- Bottom pivot is designed to be mortised into the floor
