The Sargent 12-8876-E-ETL-12V Fire Rated Rim Exit Device is designed for use on 24-32 inch doors and is equipped with a 12V Fail Secure feature. In the event of a power failure, the L-Lever unlocks the lever and retracts the latch, allowing for a quick and easy exit. This Grade 1 device also does not require a cylinder and does not have a dogging feature.
