The Sargent 12-NB-8710-E-84 is a 32" Fire-Rated (12) less bottom rod (NB) Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device that is Exit Only (no outside operation). The NB-8710-84 is for an 84" Door Height, high single-point top latching, 24"-32" door widths, rail (E 32" bar length can be cut down to 24"), and comes in US32D/630 Satin Stainless Steel And US10B/613 Oil-Rubbed Bronze Finish options.
