The Sargent 12-NB-8710-F-96 Fire Rated (12) Less Bottom Rod (NB) Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device is Exit Only (no outside operation). For a 96" Door height, single-point top latching, 33"-36" door widths, rail (F 36" can be cut down to 32"), and comes in US32D/630 Satin Stainless Steel And US10B/613 Oil-Rubbed Bronze Finish options.
• Single point top latching • Top latch bolt projection adjustable through center case • ANSI/BHMA A156.3 - Grade 1 • UL10C (Fire) and UL305 (Panic) Listed • Tripping potential removed - no bottom strike • Rods are 1/2" (13mm) brass, bronze, or stainless steel
