Sargent 12-WD8606F-120-US32D Sargent exit device combines fire-rated safety with access control for commercial installations. Compatible with standard 33-36 inch doors reaching 120 inches in height, the concealed vertical rod mechanism operates invisibly within the door frame. Storeroom function prevents unauthorized external entry while permitting immediate emergency egress from inside. Grade 1 durability rating withstands demanding commercial use, and the 630 satin stainless steel finish provides superior corrosion resistance.
