The Sargent 70-10XG17-LB Utility Asylum or Institution function lockset has an L Rose, a B Lever, a 2-3/4" Backset, a 4-7/8" Strike,  and is Grade 1. The Sargent 70-10XG17-LB has a 70 Option, that is 70 SFIC Small Format Interchangeable core, less core.
