The Sargent 70-10XG44-LP Service Station function lockset has an L Rose, a P Lever, a 2-3/4" Backset, a 4-7/8" Strike,  and is Grade 1. The Sargent 70-10XG44-LP has a 70 Option, that is 70 SFIC Small Format Interchangeable core, less core.
