The Sargent 774-8-ETL-12V electrified lever trim is a fail secure ET trim designed for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices, including 8800, 8888, 8500, and NB8700 Series applications. This outside trim features the L lever design and operates on 12V power, making it a practical solution for controlled access openings that require remote entry while maintaining secure egress. Functional Details

This ET electrified trim is designed to keep the outside lever locked during normal conditions in fail secure mode. When electrical power is applied through the access control system, the trim unlocks to allow authorized entry from the outside, while free egress is maintained through the exit device on the secure side of the opening.
