The Sargent 774-8-ETL-24V electrified lever trim is designed for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices, providing controlled outside access in a durable fail secure configuration. This ET trim includes the L lever design, operates on 24V, and is supplied less cylinder for applications where cylinder control is not required or will be specified separately. Functional Details

In a fail secure setup, the outside lever remains locked when power is off and unlocks only when power is applied. This makes the trim well suited for openings that require security during a power loss while still allowing safe exit through the paired panic device from the interior side.
