Functional Details

The 8804 night latch function allows the outside lever to retract the latch only when the key is turned, while the inside push bar always permits free egress. This makes it ideal for controlled-access exterior doors where security and safe exit are both priorities.

Arm Type Details

The ETJ trim uses a lever handle for exterior operation. When actuated by an authorized key, the lever retracts the rim latch, granting access without requiring the pushbar on the interior side.
