The Sargent 8875-F-ETL-24V Rim Exit Device is equipped with an Electrified ET Trim that allows for fail-safe operation when power is off. With a lever that unlocks and a key that retracts the latch, this device is suitable for use with 24V power. The device is designed to fit doors measuring 33"-36" in length.
