The Sargent 8875-F-ETP-12V Rim Exit Device offers a fail-safe mechanism with a 12V power supply that allows for unlocking through the lever, while the key conveniently retracts the latch. This device is designed for use on doors measuring 33"-36" and features an electrified ET trim.
