The Sargent 8875-J-ETP-12V Rim Exit Device features an Electrified ETP Trim and a Fail Safe mechanism, allowing for convenient unlocking through power interruption. With a lever that can be unlocked by key retraction, this device is suitable for door widths ranging from 37 inches to 42 inches. Operated with a 12V power source.
