The Sargent LC-775-8-ETMJ-24V is an electrified ET lever trim designed for use with Sargent 80 Series exit devices, including 8800, 8888, 8500, and NB8700 Series models. This fail safe trim unlocks the lever when power is removed, while the key retracts the latch for mechanical access when needed. Built for commercial openings that require controlled entry and dependable egress, it combines remote access capability with the durability expected from Sargent exit device trim. This 24V electrified lever trim is supplied less cylinder and is well suited for applications where power-off unlocking is required.

Functional Details

This ET function electrified trim is intended for openings where the outside lever must be controlled by an access system. In the fail safe configuration, the outside lever is unlocked when power is off. The key cylinder provides mechanical latch retraction, allowing authorized access independent of the electrical control.
