The Sargent NB-8710-96-G is a less bottom surface vertical rod exit device with no Outside Operation Exit Only. It is for a 96" door height, single-point top latching, for a 43"-48" door width, rail (G rail 48" length can be cut to 43") and comes in US32D/630 Satin Stainless Steel And US10B/613 Oil-Rubbed Bronze Finish options.
• Single point top latching • Top latch bolt projection adjustable through center case • ANSI/BHMA A156.3 - Grade 1 • UL10C (Fire) and UL305 (Panic) Listed • Tripping potential removed - no bottom strike • Rods are 1/2" (13mm) brass, bronze, or stainless steel
