The Schlage ND70BD-BRK Cylindrical Classroom Lock with Boardwalk lever is a heavy-duty Grade 1 lock designed for commercial openings that need dependable classroom security and long service life. This ND70BD-BRK configuration is supplied as SFIC prep less core, making it ready for a small format interchangeable core system while not including the core itself. It features a 2-3/4 inch backset and a 4-7/8 inch strike for proper fit on compatible door and frame preparations. Built as a non handed lock, it simplifies installation while delivering the durability and performance expected from the Schlage ND Series.

Functional Details
This classroom function lock keeps the outside lever locked or unlocked by key while the inside lever remains free for immediate egress at all times. It is commonly used on classroom and institutional doors where authorized entry is needed from the corridor side without restricting safe exit from the room side.
