Functional Details

This classroom function allows the outside lever to be locked or unlocked by key while the inside lever remains free for immediate egress. It is commonly used where controlled exterior access is needed without restricting exit from inside the room.

• Push-button locking. Turning inside lever or closing door releases button. Inside lever always unlocked.
• Outside lever locked by push button until unlocked by key or by turning inside lever.
