Functional Details

The ND80JD-EL electrified storeroom function is designed for controlled access on the outside lever while maintaining free egress from the inside. In fail safe mode, the outside lever remains locked when power is applied and unlocks when power is interrupted, making it suitable for openings tied to life-safety or emergency release requirements.

• Outside lever is locked by outside key. Inside lever always unlocked.
• Outside lever is unlocked by electric release.
• Fail safe locks require power to lock the lever. In the event of a power failure, the lever is unlocked for immediate access.
• Fail secure locks require power to unlock the lever. In the event of a power failure, the lever remains locked by key.
• 12 or 24VDC available.
