The Rixson 147-1-1/2OS is a heavy-duty, 1-1/2" offset pivot set specifically engineered for commercial doors where decorative cladding or trim projects up to 1-1/8" from the door face. This handed, non-ferrous bronze set is an ideal solution for high-traffic and lead-lined applications, supporting door weights up to 350 lbs with a maximum interior width of 3'6" and an exterior limit of 3'0". By including a 180 x 1-1/2" offset top pivot and a floor-mounted bottom pivot, this set provides the specialized clearance required to maintain a full 180° swing while its screw patterns are strategically designed to straddle internal lead shielding. For demanding environments that require both massive weight support and precise architectural clearance, the 147-1-1/2OS delivers the rugged, non-corrosive reliability that professional contractors expect from Rixson hardware.

- 180 top pivot included
- 1-1/2" offset (measured from centerline of pivot to face of door)
- Door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2"
- Bottom pivot mounts directly to floor
- Doors with lead lining under the skin should also use this product.
- Screw holes in top pivot and bottom arm spaced to straddle lead lining in the middle of the door
- Doors will swing 180°, trim permitting
- Non-ferrous base material
- Doors 60" to 90" in height require one M19 x 1-1/2" OS intermediate pivot (sold separately). Each additional 30" (762mm) of door height warrants another intermediate pivot.
