Specifically designed with a 1-1/2" (38mm) offset to clear specialized door trim or cladding, this non-ferrous brass or bronze pivot is the ideal companion for floor closers and bottom pivots. While not load-bearing, it is essential for tall doors; use one pivot for doors between 60" and 90", adding an additional pivot for every 30" of height thereafter. This handed (LH/RH) hardware meets BHMA/ANSI C07321 standards, ensuring long-term durability and structural integrity for doors up to 3'6" wide
