The Sargent 12-8713-J-ETL-84 is a 42" Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device for use with 37" - 42" Wide Doors and 84" Door Heights. The Sargent 12-8713-J-ETL-84 is Less Dogging and comes with an ETL Trim where the Key Locks or Unlocks the Outside Lever.
