The Sargent 28-K-LP Nightlatch Lever Exit Device Trim has an L-Rose, a P-Lever, comes with an LA Keyway that is Keyed Random, and is available in US26D Satin Chrome and BSP Black Suede Powder Coat.

What function does the 706-4 trim offer?
This trim is a Storeroom function, meaning a key is required to unlock and retract the latchbolt from the outside. The trim relocks automatically when the key is removed.
