      Features

      Door Panel
This door panel is lightweight, weighing only 2.5 pounds per square foot, and is designed to open easily and operate smoothly, ensuring safe passage for personnel and protection for equipment. The panel has an overall thickness of 1-7/8 inches with a skin thickness of 1/8 inch.

      Insulated Core
The door features a foamed-in-place Non-CFC urethane core that is permanently bonded to the outer surface, providing durability, noise control, and excellent insulation with an R-value of 10.83. This core remains stable and effective even when impacted.

      Internal Reinforcement
Both the leading and back edges of the door are internally reinforced with tubular steel to maintain flatness and strengthen the panel.

      Window
It includes a 1/8-inch thick polycarbonate window with a black frame, recessed a minimum of 1/8 inch from the panel face to protect the window from abrasion due to passing loads.

      Upper Hinge
The door utilizes a heavy-duty v-cam hinging system that operates smoothly and requires minimal maintenance, thanks to its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly. An optional stainless steel hinge is also available.

      Bottom Hinge
The bottom hinge is designed for additional strength and durability, constructed with a zinc-plated ductile iron pillow block (stainless steel optional), a UHMW sleeve, and a solid cast aluminum lower hinge adapter. This adapter also includes provisions for an optional spring assist.
