Features
Door Panel
The 400i features a robust 1.5-inch thick composite wood core, enhanced with foam inserts for additional insulation. It is clad on both sides with either a 0.032-inch thick tempered aluminum alloy panel that sports a satin anodized finish or a full-length stainless steel panel, catering to different aesthetic and functional requirements.
Spine
The door's durability is further reinforced by a black powder-coated aluminum spine, which strengthens the structure and extends the lifespan of the door.
Gasketing
Equipped with full perimeter, replaceable gaskets, the door effectively withstands heavy traffic while maintaining a positive seal. This design feature ensures excellent thermal separation, crucial for energy efficiency and environmental control.
Hinge
It incorporates a patented v-cam hinging system, featuring a 240° hinge that allows the door to swing 120° in each direction. This functionality is sufficient for the entire door and bumper to clear the opening completely, facilitating smooth and uninterrupted traffic flow.
