The 8763 Is a Commercial Grade One Surface Vertical Rod Panic Device, Two-point latching (top & bottom with adjustability through the center case) Standard bottom latch compatible with latch track thresholds (by others) Single and double door applications. Devices are ANSI A156.3 - Grade 1, Hex key dogging standard on non-fired rated devices; specify 16- for cylinder dogging.
